During her master’s studies in Denmark, Alba’s interested in project management began as she co-founded “Student Refugees,” and took on the coordination of the organisation. Alba went on to manage projects at both international and local levels, including the World Social Forum of Transformative Economies and a pilot research-project for an agrophotovoltaic installation, part of a pre-award European consortium under Horizon 2020. In these roles, Alba handled planning, execution and monitoring, managed relationships with public and private stakeholders, and served as a spokesperson. In addition, Alba was a member of the Selection Committee of the European Student Union, supporting youth initiatives that promote inclusion across Europe.

Alba joined Teamit in 2024 as a Project and Business Development Manager.
