After completing her studies in International Relations and European Studies in Bucharest, Romania, Dana began her career in administrative roles. She subsequently transitioned to operations management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. In 2018, she relocated to Barcelona to work in project management for research initiatives.

In her previous roles, Dana specialized in project proposal drafting and management, successfully overseeing the implementation, coordination, and completion of several European Commission-funded initiatives.
