Last week, the Teamit team came together at Can Lleó, a beautiful vineyard in the heart of the Penedès, for its annual summer retreat. It was a moment to step outside the pace of everyday work, spend time together, and reconnect with the values that shape who we are as a team.
One of the key moments of the day was the speech by CEO Eva Molero, who used the vineyard as a thoughtful way to reflect on organisational life. Drawing parallels between people and vines, culture and terroir, and pruning and decision-making, she highlighted a simple but powerful idea: growth is not about doing more, but about focusing on what truly matters. Like vines, people thrive when the conditions are right and when care, clarity, and purpose come together.
The visit also offered a closer look at Can Lleó, a historic family estate in Sant Martí Sarroca that has been revitalised with a strong commitment to sustainability, care for the land, and minimal-intervention winemaking. Walking through the vineyard brought an added layer to the CEO’s reflections, making them feel tangible and demonstrating how know-how, care, and innovation can coexist and evolve over time.
The retreat continued with an Argentine-style asado and an afternoon designed for fun games, conversations and shared moments. Beyond the setting itself, the day created space to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the people behind Teamit.
Days like these remind us that strong teams are built not only through shared goals, but also through shared values and experiences. The team came back inspired by the landscape, the conversations, and the reminder that, just like a vineyard, meaningful growth requires care, time, and purpose.
