Scientific and Project Management
Teamit provides a structured methodology for planning, executing, and closing EU funded projects and Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies. We ensure efficient use of resources, risk mitigation, effective internal communication, contract negotiations and overall success in achieving research goals.
Day-to-day management
Support the project coordination in the workplan execution monitoring and decision making for corrective measures. Oversee the organisation of projects’ meetings such as General Assemblies or Steering Committees.
Reporting and administration
Supervise the financial management of the project, coordinate the periodic reporting process between the funding body and project's partners.
Contractual and legal matters
Assist in the revision of contractual obligations relating to the partnership and its relationships with third parties, external collaborators, or other stakeholders.
Risk management
Identification and assessment of threats and opportunities likely to affect the project or study performance. Recommendation and follow up of mitigation measures.
Internal communication
Set up and management of specific tools for internal communication across partners to promote knowledge sharing and cohesion within the partnership.
Hands-on Experience
We are currently involved in the management of ERDERA, UMBRELLA, RealiseD, REMEDi4ALL, Fibrotarget, H2O, PREMIER and a number of EMA and industry funded post-marketing authorisation studies. Previosuly, Teamit managed other IMI funded projects which are now succesfully closed - PROMISE, EU-PEARL, RESCEU and PARADIGM.
