Roger has a background in public policy, social research, and project management. His professional experience spans across the public sector, international cooperation projects, and research institutions, with a particular focus on evidence-based policy design, strategic project coordination, and impact evaluation. He has worked as a project technician and researcher, contributing to various initiatives, including EU-funded projects, public policy evaluation, and the development of a strategic framework for long-term care in Europe. Roger has also been actively involved in international programmes such as CADAP 7, where he served as Technical Coordinator for the programme’s Component 1: Drug policies.
With a strong interest in public law and governance, Roger is currently furthering his academic journey by studying for a Law Degree at UOC, complementing his multidisciplinary profile and reinforcing his commitment to public service and the development of evidence-based policies.
