Eva Molero

Founder & Ceo

Eva began her career in marketing and technology transfer, starting as a product manager for mass-market products at Arbora&Ausonia, a Procter&Gamble joint venture. From 2001 to 2012, she held roles at the University Pompeu Fabra and Fundació IMIM (the Barcelona Municipal Institute of Medical Research), where she oversaw technology transfer and quality procedures within the Research Group on Biomedical Informatics. Subsequently, she advanced to the role of project manager at the European Projects Coordination Office (EPCO) at Fundació IMIM.

In 2008, Eva established Synapse Research Management Partners, which specialised in managing IMI projects. She served as the Chief Executive Officer for twelve years, until her departure in 2020 to found Teamit Research.

In addition to her general project management responsibilities, Eva’s involvement in European projects has focused on legal matters, governance, intellectual property rights, communication, and sustainability. She has actively participated in initiatives aimed at commercialising research project results, including forming alliances and spinouts. Eva also has extensive experience teaching courses on European project management and serves as an advisor for both public and private institutions on project evaluation and assessment.
