Bachelor degree in Genetics (University Autònoma of Barcelona), Master’s degree in Clinical Analysis (Universitat Pompeu Fabra). Ph.D in Neurosciences at the Vall d’Hebrón Institute of Research, Barcelona.
Elena started her career in the health start-up Adan Medical Innovation. She then joined the Neurovascular Research Laboratory in the Vall d’Hebrón Institute of Research where she performed academic research work, as well as project management tasks in several European granted research and clinical studies in the stroke field. Elena holds a PhD in neurosciences. Her field of research focused on the study of blood biomarkers of stroke etiology. She has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals, and presented her work in international congresses.
Elena joined Teamit in 2022 as a Junior Study Manager.
