On 11th of February, we join the global celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This day serves as a reminder of the crucial role women and girls play in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and highlights the importance of continue fostering gender equality in scientific fields.
Women are still underrepresented in many scientific fields, and systemic barriers continue to hinder their full participation and advancement. Therefore, this day is not only a celebration but also a call to action to continue our efforts towards achieving true gender equality in STEM.
